Payment is required before we begin the verification process. After submitting this form, you will receive an email containing a secure payment link.

Step 1: Once payment has been received, you’ll receive an email from our ID verification partner, TrustID, with a link to complete your electronic ID check.
Step 2: Once your identity has been successfully verified by Trust ID and no further verification is required, we will prepare and submit the relevant form to Companies House.

Step 3: Once Companies House processes and accepts our submission, you will receive an email from them containing your personal code (we will not have a copy of this code), with instructions to save it securely by creating a GOV.UK One Login (if you haven't already). Please note: This service includes standard identity verification only. If you do not pass the basic check and require additional or enhanced verification, a supplementary fee may apply. Should you choose not to proceed with these additional checks, we will be unable to complete your Companies House verification, and no refund will be issued.
